Dana Hiniker

Assistant Consultant

Dana is a public health, development, and project management professional with extensive experience in healthcare, health policy, social justice, environmental policy, and program evaluation. She has worked in a variety of roles within diverse organizations, strategizing and implementing programs to support the healthcare workforce, evaluating community health programs, and conducting in-depth policy research and analysis.

Previously, Dana co-founded and served as Programs and Operations Lead at Women Writers in Medicine, where she managed programs to advance equity and community in healthcare.

Hailing from Madison, WI, Dana studied International Relations and Public Health at Boston University and received her Masters of Public Health from Tufts University. She is currently the Sustainability Program Manager at Stanford Children’s Health.
